Tony RAYNS (President of the Jury Committee)

As a British film critic, programmer of film festival and screen player, Tony RAYNS has been actively participating in the overall culture arena. He was also engaged in BFI magazine 'Sight and Sound'. Deeping interested in Asian films, he has provided valuable comments to Asian films.

MASE Yasuhiro

MASE Yasuhiro is the producer of Departures (2008) which won the Best Foreign Language Film at Academy Awards. MASE is highly praised by the critics and the general public with his films such as Secret (1999), Memories of Matsuko (200) and the Glorious Team Batista (2008). He is also actively working as a producer.

YOON Jong Chan

Majoring film in Hanyang University and Syracuse University, YOON has directed a number of short films and made a debut with Sorum (2001). As the closing film of the 5th PiFan Film Festival, Sorum expressed the city to have gloomy atmosphere in unique style and it was evaluated to open a new chapter of horror movie. YOON won the Best New Director Prize at Peaksang Arts Awards with this film. YOON has actively been directing films such as Blue Swallow (2005) and I am Happy (2008).

CHOO Sang Mi

After her debut in theater in 1994 with play Lolita, CHOO made a screen debut in A Petal (1996). Since then, she has played aggressive and chic urban girl in the Contact (1997) and the Soul Guardians (1998) to become the representative actress in Korea. CHOO is actively pursuing her acting career both in TV and movies.

Jason RESNICK

As a producer of Universal Pictures and Focus Pictures for a decade since 1998, Jason RESNICK is expanding the career as a deputy representative and director. In particular, RESNICK has been involved in joint creation of PARK Chan Wook's vampire film, Thirst (2009) for the past three years, contributing to the activation of the Asian film market.

Hanna LEE

Film producer based in Seoul, Korea, she has served as journalist and festival coordinator for local and int¡¯l film festivals as well as working for the Korean Film Commission(KOFIC) before she shifted gears to film production. She has produced TURNING GATE(2002) and WOMAN IS THE FUTURE OF MAN(2004) for critically acclaimed filmmaker, Hong Sangsoo. Her latest film produced is Lee Chang-dong¡¯s SECRET SUNSHINE which received the Best Actress Award at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival.

YANG Ik June

Majoring in acting at Kongju Communication Arts College, YANG has actively pursued acting career in short and long films. In 2005, he was awarded with Jury Special Prize at Mise-en-scene Film Festival in 2005. He made a debut as a director with movie Breathless (2009), which was awarded with a number of eminent prizes such as Tiger Prize in Rotterdam International Film Festival and received high acclamation from the critics and general public.

Todd BROWN

As a founding member and editor of US-based web magazine, 'Twitch Film' (www.twitchfilm.net), BROWN served as a film festival programmer in various movie festivals such as Montreal Fantasia Festival, Austin Fantastic Film Fest, World Wide Short Film Festival and Canada Music Week, actively working in culture including fantastic genre movie.

European Federation of Fantastic Film Festival Asian Award (EFFFF)

Romain ROLL

Romain ROLL is currently serving the member of the European Federation of Fantastic Film Festivals. He has been engaged in fantastic genre movie for the past two decades. Having served the head of the Luxembourg International Film Festival and the executive producer of the production company 'Red Lion', ROLL is actively working in genre movies.

Mike HOSTENCH

HOSTENCH is currently working as deputy head of Executive Committee of Sitges International Film Festival and consultant to film production and distributor. Over the decade, he has been actively working as movie producer and screen writer. HOSTENCH established an affiliate named 'Level Five Consulting' and currently is preparing International Kids' Film Festival in China.

Netpac Award

Teresa KWONG

While working as a curator and producer of film and media ar at Hong Kong Art Center since 1997, KWONG was appointed as the member of Netpac. Currently, she is working as a commissioner in Hong Kong Independent Short/Vide Awards and was awarded with Star Foundation Prize by Asian Culture Association in US.

LEE Dong Jin

After graduation with a major of religion at Seoul National University, LEE was working as a reporter in Chosun Daily since 1993 when he drew a lot of popularities with his movie column. Currently, he is writing 'LEE Dong Jin's Cinema Letter' and actively participating in film and culture arena. LEE is now running www.leedongjin.com.

TERUOKA Sozo

He is a lecturer in Asian films at Tokyo Metropolitan University and Ikebukuro Community College, and the programming director for the Tokyo International Film Festival (2002-2006), Hong Kong Film Festival (2007), Taiwan Film Festival (2007) and others. As a film critic, he is writing for Kinema Jumpo, PIA and others.

RA JE GY

After entering Hankuk Ilbo, LA was working in society and moved to culture section where he was in charge of broadcasting, korean pop music and writing pieces about movie over the past 5 years. Currently, he is posting 'Cine Diary' and 'Cinema Mania'.

JUNG Ji Yeon

JUNG was working as a reporter in film magazine 'Kino' for three years and as a film critic in 'Cine21'. After finishing doctoral course in mass communication department at Hankook University of Foreign Study, Jung is now giving lecture at university and writing film critics.

HUH Ji Woong

After film magazine 'Film 2.0' and 'GQ', Woong is currently working in 'Premier' as a reporter. He was on radio programs such as 'LEE Joo Yun's movie music' and 'Date with YOON Jong Shin at 2pm'. Currently, Woong is contributing pieces about movie and society on various media. He recently published a book titled 'Adrift in Korea' with his collection of essays.
